Running way behind today. Sorry for the super late post.
Today's layout features elements from Kerri Bradford's This & That: Gratitude kit.
Now, you may be thinking, "wait a minute...doesn't that kit work for the 7Gypsies Tray?"
And, yes, it does.
However....
in addition to those files, the kit also comes with all the individual cut files that you can resize, manipulate and cut as you wish.
I had originally planned on sharing the tray with the Halloween kit and the gratitude kit but my samples are not going to look much different then Kerri's and hers are amazing. Check them out HERE and HERE.
Instead I wanted to show you what else you can do with the individual cut files.
I used the tree and the title from the This & That: Gratitude kit for my page featuring our last year's Christmas card. (I also scrapbook these photo cards just like I do the ones we get from friends and family).
I cut the title twice, once from kraft and once from the patterned paper, slightly offsetting the patterned paper for a "shadowed" effect. Then I added some October Afternoon Rub-ons and a Jillibean Soup sticker for added fun.
This title is so extremely versatile, as are many of the other words/phrases in the kit and could be used year round for scrapbooking.
I cut the tree big at 10" tall to fit the entire length of my matted piece. I added rub-on snowflakes for a snowy scene.
Journaling printed on an October Afternoon Cardstock Sticker.
I love these stickers.
They are that finishing touch on every layout I create. I can't scrap without them.
