Scrapbook Trends: Stamping 2010 + GIVEAWAY

I was thrilled to contribute a couple of designs to this year's Scrapbook Trends Stamping Issue. :)

Here is my layout:

I stamped a little scene on kraft cardstock using embossing ink and then embossed each piece with different fun colors of American Crafts embossing powders.

I am using these great monthly titles available in the Silhouette store designed by Loni Stevens.

I love them.

and I love adding to the graphic feel of the monthly title with a scripty font style word. I used this one:

Here is my card:

Copic coloring using the same stamp set. Easy peasy.

Lots of background stamping, too. Horizontal stripes on the card base and clouds on the die cut label. Background stamps are the bomb. Can't imagine stamping without them.
