Wow amazing lay-out. You are a true magician with embossingpowder. I'm going to take a try on it. Thanks for the video!

Saw your entry in my reader and skipped by you and looked at all the other blogs first. Saved the best for last!! LOVE your Scrapbook stamping!! I may even try to play along with something...maybe not so elaborate though.
TFS! Love it!

I think this is my new favorite, Nichol! Wow! What a lovely way to showcase the gorgeous flower photos!

You knocked my socks off with this layout! Absolutely AMAZING!

Jeannie Lim

wow... I really love this layout. It's really beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Btw Nichol, I have a question. Do you go through your stash to determine the papers you are going to use each layout or you check out and buy a specific collection of papers and use all from that collection?

Susy

So fresh and bright, love it. I have been haunting the TT site to see if Feb AE set is out yet, lol. sometimes the time zone difference makes it hard to wait :-)

JenGallacher

You are so CLEVER!! I never thought of using a spoon to get embossing powder in small areas. AMAZING!

Tammie Koehnen

That embossed border turned out amazing. Maybe it's time for me to finally pull out my own zing powders and play along. I was just saying to someone today how I bought them, but have never really actually taken the time to use them. Thanks for the inspiration! :)

Jessica Stull

What a beautiful layout. I am always so impressed with you layouts. You do such wonderful details. And thanks for sharing the video, I loved seeing your technique with the embossing powders.

Shirley N

Gorgeous layout and wonderful video Nichol!

well first of all, I need to find a new word for "AMAZING" because I feel like I"m just repeating myself when I comment on here :)

really really LOVELY lovely lovely layout. I love how you always use such busy papers with a lot of different colours/textures/patterns, but the whole LO always looks perfect.

Did you make anything with the remnant mixture of embossing powders? (after you tapped them all)? A blend of embossed colours would look great on something too.

You mentioned in a video a few weeks back that you resize your photos in Photoshop (or similar) and then paste them onto a new document. Sorry if this is a stupid question (i'm a photoshop FAIL personified), but is the 'new document' in photoshop or is it like a Word document you've just pasted the photos onto before printing the entire page?

really wonderful work as always Nichol! THanks so much for sharing :)

Just stunning.

Linda, I threw away any additional embossing powder. I could have saved it probably but I know me, I wouldnt use it like that. ha!
As for resizing in Photoshop (I use PS CS4) I resize them and drag and drop them in a new document in Photoshop (8.5x11) document, then print them as one sheet in the new document.

It may be a bit late this month due to CHA, too. It is a GREAT one. My favorite so far! :)

I buy what I like and then shop my collection for papers to use with specific layouts.

Zandria Tennent

that was so exciting! I can't wait to try something like this. Now I need all the embossing powder.
