For the entire month of April, From Start to Finish will feature stamping on each layout for the 30 Days of Stamping and Cardmaking Event. Love stamping. This will be fun!
For this week's layout I created a custom stamped journaling spot (very similar to April's Scrapbook Stamping Class) using Hero Arts, Unity and the Technique Tuesday Studio AE stamp set. I love the way colored stamping and copic coloring gives the homemade journaling spot a more "professional/pre-made" look.
I die cut the journaling spot using Kerri Bradford's On the Edge kit:
I stamped the homemade journaling spot with a combination of Hero Arts, Unity and Technique Tuesday Studio AE stamps.
Check out the April Studio AE Stamp Set HERE.
The layered punched butterflies border coordinates nicely with the stamped butterfly.
The title is a Silhoeutte die cut by Karla Dudley:

I spritzed the kraft die cut with Studio Calico Mister Huey White Ink for "texture".
I punched several postage "stamps" from kraft and spritzed them with Mister Huey as well. Additional stamping and punched butterflies finish them off.
