With this layout I have finally finished up all of 2010's Month in Review layouts with this layout! Whoohoo!(To see all the layouts I created for 2010 see below the supply list.)

Here's the coordinating sketch for my layout. If creating photo collages like this aren't your thing, consider replacing the collage with a single 5x7" photo like I show in the sketch or maybe a couple of 4x6 photos, etc. I know I had someone asking me on the 2Peas Message Board about doing a sketch/layout with a single 5x7 photo and this is a good example of a design that would work for that.
I used the following Silhouette shapes from the Silhouette Store for the title:

The design of this page is pretty simple but by adding lots of paper layers it gives the page depth and dimension. Layered die cut circles behind the title help it stand out from the background.
A few randomly placed buttons, brads and stickers add a whimsical feel. I punched circles from the orange grid patterned paper and layered them on top of the same patterned paper strip for subtle dimension.
I printed the journaling on a Creative Cafe journaling sheet and added Doodlebug buttons along the Pebbles patterned paper along the left side for color (plus I absolutely adore DB buttons!).
