I am addicted....
....to so many things but most especially stamps. And the Stamp Your Story Stamps from Hero Arts....be still my heart.
These are the kinds of stamps that I find myself reaching for time and time again because they are not theme-specific and they work for almost anything and everything. Cards, scrapbooking, paper crafted home decor, art journaling, project life.... these stamps are just plain fun.
Add the mixing and matching of other stamps from your collection and the possibilities are absolutely endless.
Today I'm sharing a birthday card I created by pairing my favorite jar stamp from the Hero Arts Love Jar Stamp Set with the Hero Arts Not Perfect Stamp Set, Hero Arts Texture and Shape brush stamp with Kelly Purkey's Make A Wish Stamp Set.
Bright colors of ink plus bold greetings stamped in black paired with fun jar placement give this simple card lots of pizzazz!
This little stamped and die cut jar can be used in so many ways. I have a little list going to other things I want to create with it! Can you say obsess much? ;)
Those stamped stars? You're going to want to check out the July 2013 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit of the Month tomorrow, June 14th. It's my favorite yet!
Continuing the same style of stamping and adding a greeting inside the card really finish the card. I like making the inside of my cards almost as pretty as the fronts! ;)

Other stamps I'm excited about (and that I think would work perfectly with the Stamp Your Story stamps... Julie Nutting's doll stamps with Prima! I just picked these up and think they will be so fun to play with and to mix and match with the Stamp Your Story collection:
I nabbed Julie Nutting's Collage Couture book as well. Loads of inspiration and eye candy!
I'm addicted to Mama Elephant Stamps. Addicted. Have you seen the sneak peeks of the latest stamps being shared on the Mama Elephant Blog? Check out the Be You Stamp Set, Water Blooms Stamp Set and Up and Away Stamp Set.
I love all their stamps and these are my most favorite or most used at the moment:
Oh, and you might want to check back Saturday if you want to see some of their stamps in action in a video. Just sayin'!
I've cleaned out my studio and I'm finally ready to put up some things for sale. Look for that blog post a bit later tonight.
