This week over on the Lawn Fawn Blog we're partnering up with Epiphany Crafts to showcase some fun projects!
I created this card below by stamping and coloring the fun Winter Sparrows birds and then using the Epiphany Shape Studio Scallop Circle Maker and coordinating Epoxy Shapes to make these fun accents!
To see how I made my card, please scroll down to watch the video how-to. :)
I die cut the circle shape on the Silhouette Cameo using a design from Kerri Bradford's Life Additions: Backgrounds Kit. I love how the white on white background looks with pops of color in the middle of each circle!
I ended up embossing the background to help "pop" all the embellishments just a bit.
*P.S.... I die cut all the inside circles by ungrouping them from the main design and cutting them from leftover scraps of Lawn Face Peace Joy Love paper that I had on hand!*
Here's a closer look at the cute, cute epoxy shape! My favorite thing about these little birds, though? The white speckles on their tummies! I created that by using a white pen to add dotting detail to each little birdie.
These are the markers I used to color the birds...
