Lawn Fawn | Birthday Tags

One of my favorite things is when companies release new products that coordinate with their "older" products. Now the Lawn Fawn Tag You're It Lawn Cuts dies are definitely not old however with the new LF Birthday Tags Stamp Set they are given new life that can be used beyond holiday season and the LF Holiday Tags Stamp Set that they previously only coordinated with!

I created a set of three birthday tags using the LF Birthday Tags Stamp Set with the Lawn Fawn Tag You're It Lawn Cuts. Using 6x6 paper designs from the Let's Polka Paper Pad die cut from the large tag and vellum cut from the same die, I layered together the tags, stamping the vellum one with Versamark Ink and heat embossing the tags with white powder for a stunning see-through layered tag design.

I colored in the stamped images with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and blended with Gamsol. I added white dots to the cheeks of the critters with the Sakura White Opaque Glaze Gel Pen.

For the yellow tag I incorporated the frog and crown from Ever After with the cupcake and candle from LF Birthday Tags Stamp Set.

For the pink tag I used my favorite hippo stamp from the Year Four Stamp Set with the party hat stamp from So Much To Say.

 

The blue tag features the sweet unicorn from Ever After.

Now when the occassion arises I have three tags on hand ready to adorn birthday packages!
