SIMON SAYS STAMP THIS IS THE LIFE BLOG HOP (VIDEO + GIVEAWAY)

I am so very excited about the newest Simon Says Stamp product release, This Is The Life. I think this is my favorite relase to date! There are so many fun stamps, dies and stencils. Check out the release below:

I've created a card to share with you today showcasing the SSS You Are Pawesome Stamp Set, SSS Cat and Dog Pawesome Dies and several other new products so let's get started!

I created the triangle textured background with the new SSS Triangle Border Die. I cut a piece of SSS Khaki Cardstock to 4" square and used Post It Tape to keep the die in place as I repeatedly ran it through my die cutting machine. I adhered the die cut square to a 4.25" square card made from the same SSS Khaki Cardstock. I replaced some of the triangles in the design by die cutting the Triangle Border from SSS Lipstick Red Cardstock and gluing them in place. 

I colored in the adorable dog from the SSS You Are Pawesome Stamp Set using Copic Markers (the individual colors I used are linked below in the supply list). I die cut the image using the coordinating die from the SSS Cat and Dog Pawesome Die Collection.

I die cut the label from SSS Khaki Cardstock using one of the shapes in the SSS Frames Die Set and stamped the greeting from the SSS You Are Pawesome Stamp Set on the inside piece of the label. I used my favorite foam adhesive (3M Scotch 1/2-Inch by 36-Yard Double-Sided Foam Tape) to pop up the label on the card and then cut 7-8 labels from the SSS Slate Cardstock and glued them one on top of another around the greeting to "frame it up". I adhered the puppy die cut and added a heart die cut from SSS Lipstick Red Cardstock using the SSS Mini Hearts Die. I covered the heart with Glossy Accents.
