Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh 1st Birthday Celebration!
Pretty Pink Posh has lots of great new products this month, including three amazing new dies: Stitched Duo 3 Die, Peek-A-Boo Die and Pocket Border Die!
I've got two brand new cards to share with you today so let's get started!
My first share features the brand new Peek-A-Boo Die as well as two borders from a past favorites from the Stitched Borders 2 die collection. I used new stamps and dies from the Simon Says Stamp Better Together Release with the Pretty Pink Posh dies to create this sweet and fun card perfect for Valentine's Day or any day!
I die cut the Peek-A-Boo Die from a strip of double sided Doodlebug paper. The benefit of using double sided patterned paper is that when the Peek-A-Boo Die opens you get a completey different color or pattern on the inside flaps which I think is super fun! I used the straight Stitched Borders 2 die collection die to add stitching detail along the top and bottom of the strip and backed the die cut strip of paper with a another pattern for additional interest.
I stamped a greeting from the Wishing & Sending Stamp Set using Versamark Ink and embossing with the SSS Fine White Detail Embossing Powder.
I stamped the kitty from the Quite The Pear Stamp Set on Neenah Solar White Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored him in with Copic Markers (the individual marker colors are linked in thumbnails below this card's video). I die cut the image with the coordinating Quite The Pear dies and glued the Medium Silly Eyes on with Ranger Matte Medium.
I die cut the background of the card from patterned paper using the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Die (the A2 size die). I die cut two strips of patterned paper using the scallop die from the Stitched Borders 2 die collection and adhered them to the background. I adhered the strip to the card with foam adhesive.
I die cut hearts from patterned paper using the Mini Hearts die and adhered them to my card with Bling Glue Dots. I added Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Marker to the hearts and finished them with a layer of Glossy Accents. I wrapped some silk ribbon around the card panel and tied it in a bow, then adhered the panel to my card base.

For my second card share I used the new Stitched Duo 3 Die to create a shaker tag on a card.
I die cut the Stitched Duo 3 Die from two sheet of patterned paper. On one tag I used the window to create the frame for the shaker. I also cut the tag from a transparency.
I stamped the greeting from the Wishing & Sending Stamp Set above the shaker opening using Versamark Ink and embossing with the SSS Fine White Detail Embossing Powder. I adhered the transparency to the back of the window tag with strong tape adhesive.
I stamped the monsters and letters from the Monster Hugs Stamp Set on Neenah Solar White Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored him in with Copic Markers (the individual marker colors are linked in thumbnails below this card's video). I die cut the image with the coordinating Monstrocity dies and glued the Medium Silly Eyes and Small Silly Eyes on with Ranger Matte Medium.
I added foam adhesive to the back of the shaker frame and filled the shaker with Silver Shimmer Seed Beads and Silver Heart Confetti. I glued two of the stamped and die cut envelopes to the back tag and adhered it to the shaker to sandwich the shaker material between the two.
I punched a hole in the top of the tags and threaded some Pretty Pink Posh Hot PInk Twine through. I adhered the monsters and the remaining envelope to the shaker tag.
I die cut the background of the card from patterned paper using the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Die (the A2 size die) and adhered the shaker tag to the background before adhering to my card base.
I used the leftover Mini Hearts die cuts from the previous card and adhered them to my card with Bling Glue Dots and finished them with a layer of Glossy Accents.
