MAMA ELEPHANT MARCH 2015 STAMPEDE BLOG HOP | PHOTO BOMB (video) + GIVEAWAY

For my card today, I'm showcasing these adorable kids from the Photo Bomb Stamp Set and the new Script Smile Creative Cuts Die! The images in this stamp set are perfectly sized to coordinate with the previously released Polaroid Fun Creative Cuts Dies. I kept the focus on the stamped and colored Photo Bomb image by keeping the rest of the card fairly simple.

 

 

To create my card, I die cut the polaroid frame from smooth white cardstock using the Polaroid Fun Creative Cuts Dies. Using the Misti Stamping Tool, I lined up the larger image from the Photo Bomb Stamp Set and stamped it on the inside piece from the Polaroid Fun Creative Cuts Dies using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored in the image with Copic Markers (the individual marker colors are listed and linked below in supplies).

 

I die cut the polaroid frame again, this time from SSS Slate Gray Cardstock, and adhered the white frame slightly offset over the gray frame for a nice shadowed, dimensional look.

 

I trimmed a piece of Amy Tangerine Stitched 6x6 Patterned Paper to 4" x 5 1/4". I used the Misti Stamping Tool to line up and perfectly stamp the greeting from the Surprise Sentiments Stamp Set using LF Black Licorice Dye Ink.

 

I adhered the polaroid frame to my card and "secured" it with some yellow striped Doodlebug Washi Tape.

 

I die cut the Script Smile Creative Cuts three times from white cardstock and adhered them one on top of another above the stamped greeting. The three layers gives the die cut word nice dimension and helps it stand out.

 

I finished the card with a sprinkling of Pretty Pink Posh sequins.
