Mama Elephant Stamp Highlight | Magic Moments (video)

Hello!

Today the Mama Elephant Design Team is showcasing the new Magic Moments Stamp Set. This is a great stamp set full of lots of wonderful sentiments and phrases for those of you doing Project Life, scrapbook layouts and cards! 

I created a card using two of the greetings from the stamp set as well as two of the teeny, tiny star stamps and paired it with some of my favorite images from the new Ella & Friends Stamp Set and coordinating Creative Cuts dies as well as the fun sun rays from the Sunny Skies Stamp Set!

To create the scene I first stamped the sun rays on a white card base using a stamp from the Sunny Skies Stamp Set with Piggy Bank, Orangeade, Buttercup, Lemongrass, Rainwater, and Sweet Lilac pigment inks. I stamped a scattering of teeny, tiny stars from the Magic Moments Stamp Set using the same pigment inks.

I die cut a landscape from SSS Green Apple Cardstock using a Borderlines Trio Creative Cuts die and adhered it along the bottom edge of the card. I die cut a cloud border from vellum using a Landscape Trio Creative Cuts die.

I stamped a greeting from the Magic Moments Stamp Set on the vellum cloud border using Versamark Ink and heat embossed the greeting with white embossing powder. I cut a thin strip of white cardstock and adhered it along the top edge of the vellum cloud to hide the adhesive. I stamped another greeting from the Magic Moments Stamp Set along the bottom edge of the card using SSS Green Apple Ink.

I stamped the elephant, bunny, and umbrella from the Ella & Friends Stamp Set on smooth white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored in the images with Copic Markers (the individual marker colors are linked below in supplies). I die cut the images with the coordinating Creative Cuts dies and adhered them with foam adhesive to complete the scene on the card.
