Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop!
I combined the new Stitched Banner Duo 2 Die Collection and Stitched Borders 3 Die Collection with the new 6mm Bermuda Blue Sequins and the twine from the Garden Embellishment Kit for this pet sympathy card.
To create the background of the card, I die cut three borders from SSS Green Apple Cardstock, SSS Audrey Blue Cardstock, and SSS Soft Navy Cardstock using one of the Stitched Borders 3 Die. I adhered the borders to a Avery Elle Caribbean Cardstock Notecard.
I die cut two Stitched Banner Duo 2 tags from smooth white cardstock. I stamped the greeting and pawprint from the SSS Pawprints On Our Hearts Stamp Set using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I layered the two tags and punched a hole in the top using a Crop-a-dile and threaded some of the green & white twine from the Garden Embellishment Kit.
I stamped one of the kittens from the Purrfect Pair Stamp Set and colored in the image with Copic Markers and then die cut the image with the coordinating Purrfect Pair Creative Cuts dies. I tucked the kitten between the two layers of Stitched Banner Duo 2 tags.
I stamped a heart from the SSS Pawprints On Our Hearts Stamp Set and two hearts from the Purrfect Pair Stamp Set with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder.
I adhered the layered tags to the card with foam adhesive and added a scattering of 6mm Bermuda Blue Sequins with Bling Glue Dots.
