I had so much fun with the inlay-style birthday balloon card from yesterday's post HERE that I created another one using the June Card Kit and the SSS Cloud Bank Die. I filled each balloon section with the bright, fun patterned papers from the kit. They add a fun punch of color to the bold, black greeting and adorable stamped sunshine!
From a white cardstock panel, I die cut the SSS Cloud Bank Die, reserving the outline and panel and discarding the rest. I stamped the sunshine and greeting from the SSS Happy and Smile Stamp Set using SSS Sunshine Ink and SSS Black Ink.
I die cut the SSS Cloud Bank Die from six patterned papers in the kit, reserving all the cloud pieces and discarding the outlines.
I trimmed down the stamped panel to 3.5" x 5.5" and covered the back with foam adhesive. I flipped the piece back over and carefully placed the cloud outline and cloud pieces inside to create the inlay.
I used the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen over the clouds and adhered the panel(s) to white card bases.
I finished the cards with a scattering of Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins.
You can easily make a bunch of cards at once, assembly-line style with the remaining cloud pieces and by changing up the stamped greetings!
