Lawn Fawn Scripty Congrats | Baby Cards

Welcome to the Lawn Fawn June Inspiration Week!

Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the new Thinking of You Border Die and Scripty Congrats Die. I love to pair the big bold scripty dies with smaller stamped sentiments for a eye catching greeting. For today's cards I paired the Scripty Congrats Die with the Plus One stamped and die cut images for these sweet baby girl and baby boy cards.

I stamped the stork from the Plus One stamp set and the baby bundles from the Hello Baby stamp set on smooth white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored in the images with Copic Markers. The images were die cut using the coordinating Plus One Dies and Hello Baby Dies.

For the framed scene, I die cut three "frames" from Simon Says Stamp Cream Cardstock using the Large Stitched Oval Stackable Dies and Small Stitched Oval Stackable Dies and adhered the frames to a cream card base. The inside "sky" for the scene was die cut from a sheet of Beachside 12x12 patterned paper. 

To create the clouds for the scene, I die cut the cream cardstock ovals (leftover from the frames) and a die cut vellum oval using the Puffy Cloud Borders Dies. The clouds were adhered over the center "sky" background and the stork and baby bundle die cut stamped images were adhered as shown.

The Scripty Congrats Die was die cut from Simon Says Stamp Cream Cardstock and I colored over the die cut word with the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Marker and adhered the word to the card. 

To complete the greeting, I stamped a banner from the Bannerific Stamp Set on vellum using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I stamped a greeting from the Plus One stamp set and heat embossed the greeting with gold embossing powder and die cut the banner with a coordinating Bannerific die. The banner is adhered below the Scripty Congrats Die and I finished the card with some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins.
