Hello! Today I've got a Halloween card showcasing the new Holiday Party Animal Stamp Set and coordinating Holiday Party Animal Dies. This little stamp set coordinates with the previously released Party Animal Stamp Set for even more options! In addition to the new Halloween card, I am sharing ink swatches of the six new ink colors plus comparing them to the previously released Lawn Fawn Inks so you can see where exactly these inks fall in the collection.
To create the background for this spooky scene, I die cut an oval from Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock using a Small Stitched Oval Die. I applied Chipped Sapphire and Seedless Preserves Distress Inks to the oval and spritzed the background with water in a Mini Mister for a distressed look.
I die another oval from the Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock and die cut two borders from it using the Forest Border Die and a Stitched Hillside Border Die. I layered these along the bottom edge of the inked background oval and stamped a greeting from the Booyah Stamp Set using Versamark Ink and heat embossing with white embossing powder.
For the frame I used a Small Stitched Oval Die and Large Stitched Rectangle Die and die cut three frames from SSS Black Cardstock. I adhered the frames one on top of another on a white card base and adhered the background to the center of the frame.
I stamped the raccoon, witch hat and pumpkin from the Holiday Party Animal Stamp Set and the moon and bats from the Happy Haunting Stamp Set on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock using Ranger Archival Jet Black Ink. I colored in the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and die cut the images with the coordinating Holiday Party Animal Dies and Happy Haunting Dies. I adhered the images to the card to create the Halloween scene and finished the card with a scattering of Pretty Pink Posh sequins and confetti.

Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the new Happy Harvest Stamp Set and coordinating Happy Harvest Dies. I paired these stamped and die cut images with the Small Stitched Ovals Stackables, Large Stitched Ovals Stackables and a Let's Polka In The Dark 6x6 patterned paper for a sweet harvest themed scene.
The scarecrow and birds from the Happy Harvest Stamp Set were stamped on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink and colored in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The individual markers are linked to multiple sources below in supplies and the marker numbers are shown in the upper left corner of the screen in the how to video. Once the ink was dry I die cut the images with the coordinating Happy Harvest Dies.
The corn stalks were stamped with Lawn Fawn Sunflower Ink and die cut the the coordinating Happy Harvest Dies.
To create the frame, the Let's Polka In The Dark 6x6 patterned paper was die cut with a Large Stitched Ovals Stackables die and adhered to a SSS Cream Cardstock card base. the Large Stitched Ovals Stackables and Small Stitched Ovals Stackables were die cut to create stitched frames (five of them) to layer one on top of another to frame up the scarecrow scene. Foam adhesive was used to pop up some of the stamped and die cut elements in the scene.
The greeting from the Happy Harvest Stamp Set was stamped on vellum using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. A Stitched Borders Die was used along both edges of the vellum strip and I glued it in place to finish the design.
The corners of the card were rounded with the 1/2" corner rounder.

I absolutely adore the cute mice in the Thankful Mice Stamp Set and coordinating dies. I combined these sweet images with stamps from the Happy Harvest Stamp Set to create a fun harvest scene with a thankful greeting. I used masking to create a single layer of images to color with Copic Markers.
I die cut a panel from smooth white cardstock using a Large Stitched Rectangle Die. I stamped the images from the Thankful Mice Stamp Set and the Happy Harvest Stamp Set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, masking the images with the Simon Says Stamp masking paper to create one layer of images to color.
I created a rounded landscape for the image by die cutting a piece of Simon Says Stamp masking paper with the Large Stitched Rectangle Die and then the Speech Bubble Border Die. The bottom border was placed over the rectangle and the sky was inked with the Lawn Fawn Mermaid Ink using a Mini Ink Blending Tool. The corn husks from the Happy Harvest Stamp Set were stamped using Lawn Fawn Sunflower Ink. I removed the lower mask and applied the top mask. I inked the bottom border with Lawn Fawn Walnut Ink using a Mini Ink Blending Tool.
I removed the masks off all the stamped images and colored them in with Copic Markers. The individual marker colors are listed to multiple sources below in the supplies and the marker numbers are shown in the upper left corner of the screen in the how to video.
I stamped a banner from the Bannerific Stamp Set on smooth white cardstock and stamped the greeting from the Thankful Mice Stamp Set on the banner before coloring in the design with Copic Markers and fussy cutting the banner. I adhered the greeting to the card panel using foam adhesive.
I matted the stamped panel on a die cut black cardstock panel and adhered the whole thing to a white card base.

Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the brand new Pillow Box Die and coordinating Peek-A-Bat Die and Give-A-Hoot Die. You can use the pillow box with or without the accessory dies to create great gift/treat packaging for the holidays or any gift giving occasion!
I die cut the Pillow Box Die from Doodlebug La Di Dot Flocked Cardstocks. This cardstock has awesome texture plus it's nice and thick so the boxes hold up nicely.
The wings of the bat and the ears were cut from Doodleug Crushed Velvet Cardstocks using the Peek-A-Bat Die. The mouth was die cut from a scrap of Doodlebug glitter cardstock. I glued the mouth and eyes in place and added wiggle eyes for a whimsical touch. I attached the bat wings to the back of the pillow box, wrapped some Black Tie Lawn Trimmings Twine around the box and tied a die cut Stitched Circle Tag to the package after stamping a greeting from the Spooktacular Stamp Set.
The owl wings were die cut from Doodlebug Spot Flocked Chenille Cardstock. I die cut the body of the owl from the box itself using the Give-A-Hoot Die and backed the panel with a contrasting Doodleug Crushed Velvet Cardstock. I glued wiggle eyes in place and added a die cut velvet heart die cut using a Heart Die.

Happy Saturday! I've got a Bella Blvd Fabric Project to share with you today. I love switching out my pillow covers seasonally. With fall right around the corner, I whipped up this sweet pumpkin quilted pillow cover using leftover scraps from a Halloween quilt I’m piecing! Once the quilt is finished, I will have a coordinating set to adorn the living room couch!
To created the quilted pillow cover, I pieced and quilted the pumpkin using a design from Lori Holt’s Farm Girl Vintage Book and Halloween themed fabrics from Bella Blvd’s Halloween Magic and Too Cute Too Spook fabric collections. The block design in the book has instructions for both the 12” block and 6” block. I used the 12” block and added 2” borders all the way around for a 16” pillow cover. I quilted the cover and then created a zippered pillow cover using one of the prints from the block for the backing.

In addition to the fun Bella Blvd fabric prints in the pillow cover, I also incorporated a print from the Military Max collection for the leaf and a print from the Puppy Park collection for the stem. One of the orange prints in the pumpkin is from the Snapshots Collection. I love mixing and matching the different Bella Blvd fabric collections when sewing up scrappy projects!

Today the Mama Elephant Design Team is showcasing the brand new Heartfelt Wishes Stamp Set and coordinating Heartfelt Wishes Dies. I combined these new stamps and dies with my favorite Freestyle Florals Stamps and Dies for a pretty thank you card.
For the background, I stamped two of the greetings from the Heartfelt Wishes Stamp Set on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock using Versamark Ink and heat embossed the greetings with white embossing powder.
To create the resist effect, I applied Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink, Twisted Citron Distress Ink and Picked Raspberry Distress Ink over the embossed greetings using the Mini Ink Blending Tool. Then I liberally spritzed the background with water from a Mini Mister to get the ink to move and for the watercolored look I was wanting for this card.
For the floral accent, I stamped a flower and leaves from the Freestyle Florals Stamp Set on the Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock using Versamark Ink and heat embossed the images with white embossing powder before coloring in the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The individual marker colors I used are linked to multiple sources below in supplies and the color numbers are shown in the upper left corner of the screen in the how to video. Once the ink dried, I die cut the images with the coordinating Freestyle Floral Dies.
For the bold, black greeting, I stamped the word "thanks" from the Heartfelt Wishes Stamp Set and die cut the word with the coordinating Heartfelt Wishes Dies.
To finish the card, I added a scattering of Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins.

Welcome to the Lawn Fawn August Inspiration Week! Today the Design Team is showcasing the brand new Booyah Stamp Set and coordinating Booyah Dies.
The background rectangle was die cut using a Small Stitched Rectangle Die. The ghosts and costumes from the Booyah Stamp Set were stamped through the middle of the rectangle using masking paper. The images were colored in with Copic Markers. The individual markers are linked to multiple sources in the supplies list below and the marker numbers are shown in the upper left corner of the screen in the how to video.
The greeting and hanging spider from the Booyah Stamp Set was stamped below the ghosts with the Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Ink. A scattering of stars stamped in Fake Tan Ink, Sunflower Ink, Freshly Cut Grass Ink, and Juice Box Ink add movement and interest to the background.
The white panel was adhered to a die cut black cardstock panel die cut using a Large Stitched Rectangle Die and the entire thing was adhered to a white card base.
