Mama Elephant Designer Series | Lunar Extras + Lucky Envelope (Nichol Spohr LLC)

Today I am sharing a Designer Series project showcasing the Lunar Extras Stamps and Lucky Envelope Creative Cuts dies. I stamped the images with white pigment ink on the die cut kraft cardstock gift card holder and colored in the images with Prismacolor Colored Pencils.

I die cut the envelope from kraft cardstock using the Lucky Envelope Creative Cuts Die. While the die was still flat, I stamped the images and greeting from the Lunar Extras Stamp Set using white pigment ink. I colored in the images with Prismacolor Colored Pencils. I didn't use a blending medium or tool for these images, instead letting the colored pencils blend on the cardstock. I love the way colored pencils look on kraft cardstock, don't you?!

Once the images were colored, I folded the envelope on the score lines and secured the two tabs to make the envelope using Thermoweb 1/4" double side tape.

On the back of the envelope I stamped "to" and "from" from the Mini Messages Stamp Set and three flowers from the Lunar Extras Stamp Set using white pigment ink. I colored in the flowers to finish the envelope.
