I love how easy it is to create amazing cards with only the card kit and a few tools and inks from Simon Says Stamp. I customized the stack of presents stamp image by only inking up two of the three images to fit with the design of my card. I created my own embossed frame by stamping images from the stamp set on the frame with the Versamark Ink included in the kit and heat embossing with the embossing powder also from the kit!
I die cut an oval from the white cardstock included in the kit using a Stitched Oval Die. I die cut the black cardstock using the same oval die and a Stitched Rectangle Die. I stamped the greeting, cat, and stack of gifts from the Gifts of Love Stamp Set on the die cut oval using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored in the images with Copic Markers and adhered the oval on a card base created from the light gray cardstock also included in the kit.
I grouped four of the small star images from the Gifts of Love Stamp Set on an acrylic block and stamped the grouping on the black frame using the Versamark Ink Cube from the kit and heat embossed the images with the embossing powder from the kit. The frame was adhered with foam adhesive and the card finished with a scattering of Jillibean Soup sequins from the December kit.
