Welcome to the March Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week!
Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the Ready, Set, Shake Stamp Set. I love that Lawn Fawn has created a complimentary stamp set for the Ready, Set, Snow Stamps and Ready, Set Snow Shaker Dies released during the holiday season. I paired the Ready, Set, Shake greeting with Easter images from the Chirpy Chirp Chirp Stamp Set for this sweet Easter snow globe tag!
For the background of the snow globe tag, I die cut a solid snow globe shape from watercolor cardstock using a Ready, Set, Shake Shaker Die. I used Antique Linen Distress Ink to stamp the images from from the Chirpy Chirp Chirp Stamp Set and Happy Easter Stamp Set. I colored the images with Distress Markers and a paintbrush dipped in water for the no line look.
I die cut the front of the snow globe from watercolor cardstock and applied Twisted Citron and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks to the frame, spritzed it with water from a Distress Sprayer, let the water sit for about 30 seconds and then blotted the piece dry. I adhered the front of the snow globe to the background panel. The greeting was stamped on watercolor cardstock using Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink and watercolored with the Picked Raspberry Distress Marker and then die cut with the coordinating Ready, Set, Snow Die.
I die cut a tag and backing for the snow globe from smooth white cardstock using the Stitched Circle Dies and Ready, Set, Snow Shaker Dies. I stamped a greeting and butterfly from the Chirpy Chirp Chirp Stamp Set on the tag back using Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. I stamped the inside of the butterfly with the Lawn Fawn Plastic Flamingo Ink.
I sandwiched the tag between the snow globe backing and Easter image panel and finished the tag with twine.
