I love that the September Card Kit features some awesome scratch off stickers that make creating interactive cards so fun (and super easy)! I had never used these stickers before and I am addicted! This card design would be a great one to create multiples of, even if you made them in several different color combinations.
I used the Simon Says Stamp Frames Die Collection to die cut frames from the black cardstock and white cardstock included in the kit. I was careful to use post it tape to keep the frames connected in between die cutting each color so that the inlay would go together correctly.
On the inside rectangle I stamped the "happy birthday" greeting from the It's No Secret Stamp Set using black ink and then shadow stamped the greeeting with Audrey Blue Ink. The balloons were stamped with Audrey Blue Ink and Surf Blue Ink. The balloon strings were stamped in black ink and additional greetings were stamped on two of the balloons. The "you rock" greeting was covered up by the Inky Antics Scratch Off Sticker!
I flipped the framed over and adhered foam adhesive to the back and used the foam tape to secure the inlay pieces. I adhered some of the blue cardstock from the kit to a top fold card base and then adhered the inlay panel, finishing with the Nuvo Carribean Ocean Crystal Drops and Nuvo Silver Moondust Glitter Crystal Drops.
