Hello! Today the Mama Elephant Design Team is showcasing the new Meowy Woofmas Stamp Set and coordinating dies. These adorable images not only make fabulous scene cards but when paired with the large Tags A Lot tag die, it makes a fabulous gift tag! A little inking through a brick stencil on the background really makes the door and other images pop!
I die cut a tag from smooth white cardstock and Lawn Fawn Narwhal Cardstock using a Tags A Lot tag die. I stamped the stairs from the Meowy Woofmas Stamp Set along the bottom edge of the white tag using black ink. I inked up greetings from the Meowy Woofmas Stamp Set and stamped them on the stairs and colored in the images with Copic Markers. I inked up the background using the Tim Holtz Bricked Stencil and Pumice Stone Distress Ink. I purposely used a light hand when applying the ink. I wanted the subtle pattern but didn't want to overwhelm the rest of the design.
The door, flower pots, animals, greenery, and sign from the Meowy Woofmas Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock using black ink and colored in with Copic Markers. The trees were stamped with Simon Says Stamp Olive Ink and then all the images were die cut using the coordinating dies. I assembled and adhered the scene as shown.
I stamped the gray back of the tag with the "to/from" from the Mini Messages Stamp Set using black ink. I adhered the tags back to back, added a tag topper die cut from Storm Cloud Cardstock and threaded through some twine to complete the tag design.
