I stamped the seals from Sealed With A Kiss, the Santa hat from Toboggan Together, and the stocking cap and iceburg from Critters In the Arctic on kraft cardstock using Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. I colored in the images with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and then die cut the images with the coordinating Sealed With A Kiss Dies, Toboggan Together Dies, and Critters In the Arctic Dies.
I die cut two tags from kraft cardstock using the large Stitched Circle Tag Die. On each tag I stamped snowflakes from Toboggan Together using Yeti Pigment Ink. I stamped the greeting from Sealed With a Kiss on the front of the tag using Black Licorice and Lobster Inks. I stamped "to/from" on the back of the tag.
I added detail to the iceburg with the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Marker and white dots to the seals with the Sakura White Opaque Pen. I used the Sakura Black Glaze Pen for the seal's noses and went over their eyes with a fine tip black pen.
I assembled the winter scene on the tag front as shown and stamped the "m'wah" thought bubble from the Sealed With A Kiss Stamp Set on smooth white cardstock before die cutting with the coordinating die and adhering it to the tag.
I finished thte tag with red and white baker's twine, white silk ribbon tied in a bow, and red and white jingle bells.
