Happy Friday!
I'm back today with a Valentine's card made almost entirely from Lawn Fawn Die Cuts! Only one itty, bitty little greeting was stamped and embossed on a die cut banner! I just love mixing and matching dies to create a custom card! The background is made up entirely of die cut letters, with a vellum heart muting the background a bit to let the Scripty XOXO dimensional die cut greeting really pop!
The background for this text driven die cut card were created using a Lawn Fawn Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Die and a Small Dotted Detail Rectangle Die die cut from Lawn Fawn Chili Pepper Cardstock and smooth white cardstock respectively. For the text background I die cut "X's" and "O's" from the same cardstock colors using the Lawn Fawn Cole's ABC's Dies and adhered them to the smooth white cardstock layer.
A vellum Stitched Heart was layered over the die cut text background.
A banner was die cut from Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock using an Extra Sentiment Border Die. I stamped a greeting from the Love Letters Stamp Set using Versamark Ink and heat embossing with white embossing powder. I adhered the banner over the vellum heart as shown.
The Scripty XOXO was die cut from Fun Foam and Lawn Fawn Chili Pepper Cardstock and finished with a layer of Glossy Accents and adhered above the banner as shown.
I finished the card with a scattering of die cut hearts created from Fun Foam and Lawn Fawn Chili Pepper Cardstock and finished with a layer of Glossy Accents.
