The images from the new Lil Painters Stamp Set are perfect for creating Easter and spring-themed cards. I paired the images with greetings from the Blessed Stamp Set, a frame from the Park Avenue Die Collection, Grassy Trio Border Dies, and the Pop Up Trio Dies to make this an interactive card with a lot going on inside the card as well as on the front!
To build the scene on the front of the card, I die cut a frame from smooth white cardstock using a Park Avenue Die Collection. Two borders were die cut from smooth white cardstock using Grassy Trio Border Dies. Color was added to the grass borders using Waffle Flower Chirpy Chirp Ink and the Inkylicious Ink Duster Tool. A blue sky was added to the front of a side fold card base with Waffle Flower New Fish In Pond Ink using the Inkylicious Ink Duster Tool.
Greetings were stamped on the "sky" of the card base using greetings from the Blessed Stamp Set using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink.
Images from the Lil Painters Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and colored in with Copic Markers. The images were die cut with the coordinating Lil Painters Dies and adhered to the scene on the front of the card as shown.
A panel was trimmed approximately a quarter inch smaller than an A2 sized card. From one side I die cut a grassy border using a Grassy Trio Border Die. Color was added to the grass borders using Waffle Flower Chirpy Chirp Ink and the Inkylicious Ink Duster Tool. A blue sky was added to the front of a side fold card base with Waffle Flower New Fish In Pond Ink using the Inkylicious Ink Duster Tool.
A greeting was stamped for the inside of the card from the Blessed Stamp Set using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink. Pop up sections were die cut with the coordinating Pop Up Trio Dies.
More images from the Lil Painters Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and colored in with Copic Markers. The images were die cut with the coordinating Lil Painters Dies and adhered to the pop ups and grassy border as shown.
