Hello crafting friends! Today I'm sharing my final Valentine's project for the season with these Mama Elephant Favor Bag Dies paired with the Page Huggers Stamps and Dies and I Like You greetings. The Favor Bag comes with lots of great extras like the label front, the heart, tag, and even some banners (I didn't use the banners this time). The heart is perfect for creating a window to give a peek into the treats tucked inside the gift bag. Creating the heart shaped window isn't hard. I'll show you how...
Favor Bags were die cut from Simon Says Stamp Schoolhouse Red Cardstock, Simon Says Stamp Ivory Cardstock, and Neenah Desert Storm Cardstock. Two panels are needed to create a single favor bag. From one side of the bag, I die cut a heart using a Favor Bags die. Rectangle panels were die cut from Simon Says Stamp Schoolhouse Red Cardstock and Simon Says Stamp Ivory Cardstock and another heart window was die cut from each rectangle layer.
To add more interest to the scalloped rectangle window panel, I stamped the Simon Says Stamp Falling Hearts Background using Simon Says Stamp Lipstick Red Ink. Greetings were added below the window using the I Like You greetings stamped with Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink.
I stamped the mouse, bunny, cat, and envelope from the Page Huggers Stamps on Neenah 110 lb cardstock using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and colored in the images with Copic Markers before die cutting the images with the coordinating Page Huggers Dies.
To assemble the front panel, I adhered a critter to the bottom of the heart-shaped window and then backed the panel with a piece of transparency before securing the panel over the side of the Favor Bag with the die cut heart. The envelope was secured to a paw on the front of each bag as shown, then I assembled the Favor Bag with a strong adhesive.
To finish each bag, I die cut a tag from Simon Says Stamp Schoolhouse Red Cardstock, Simon Says Stamp Ivory Cardstock, and Neenah Desert Storm Cardstock using the Mama Elephant Favor Bag Dies. Greetings were stamped on each tag from the Mini Messages Stamp Set using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and secured to the top of each bag with Lawn Fawn Sweetheart Lawn Trimmings Twine.

I really love these bags and was hoping to ask if the dies fit in a regular Big Shot or if they need to be used in a Big Shot Plus.
Thank you! :)
