The florals from the Pretty Peonies Stamp Set were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The florals were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and watercolored with a water brush pen.
For the frame, I created a sandwich of cardstock/stick it/fun foam/stick it. I backed the frame with a piece of acetate. Vellum was die cut with the label shape from the Lafayette Framed Tags Collection and stamped with the large script greeting from the Wishing You Stamp Set using Versmark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The label was adhered to the center of the acetate. It almost gives the look of etched glass.
The frame was adhered over the watercolored background as shown. A greeting from the Wishing You Stamp Set was stamped on black cardstock using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The greeting was cut into a thin strip and adhered to the card as shown.
The design was finished with a scattering of Pretty Pink Posh sequins and pearl gemstones.
