Today I'm sharing a card with the new Celebration Balloons Stamp Set and coordinating dies, accented with The Cat's Meow Stamp Set and coordinating dies, and Framed Tags Chelsea Dies. These new products work together perfectly for all kinds of wonderful card creations!
To create the frame, I die cut the front card panel from Bristol Smooth Cardstock using the Framed Tags Chelsea Dies. I masked off the edges of the card and the window with post it tape and applied Blueprint Sketch and Shaded Lilac Distress Inks using Mini Ink Blending Tools and then spritzed the surface with water from a Distress Sprayer before blotting with a paper towel. I removed the masks and stamped a phrase from Celebration Balloons Stamp Set on the background.
The "Hooray" balloons from the Celebration Balloons Stamp Set and cats and accessories from The Cat's Meow Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and colored in with Copic Markers before being die cut with the coordinating Celebration Balloons Dies and The Cat's Meow Dies. Balloon strings from the Celebration Balloons Stamp Set were stamped with second generation Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink.
A background was inked with Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink and adhered it behind the frame as shown. The windows were adorned with The Cat's Meow kitties and accessories.
The Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Pen was applied over all the balloons and the balloons were finished with a coat of Glossy Accents. Nuvo Crystal Drops in Purple Rain, Grey Mist, and Silver Lining were applied to the background to finish the design.
