Welcome to the Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week!
Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the Mini Wreath Dies and Large Wreath Dies. I paired both wreath sets with the Shut The Front Door Dies, Birch Dies, and Stitched Hillside Borders Dies. Pretty much, this elegant style card is all about the dies! I love creating cards with dies only, especially since there are so many amazing dies nowadays!
White Embossing Paste was applied over an A2 sized piece of cardstock using the Bricked Stencil. I purposely applied it messily for a more realistic looking background.
The door elements from the Shut The Front Door Dies were die cut with Storm Cloud Cardstock and Black Licorice Cardstock. The door was backed with vellum (I'm not using the interactive opening element for this card design) and the black door handle was attached to the dark gray door. Glossy Accents was applied to the doorknob to give it shine and dimension. The door was attached to the card base with foam adhesive squares.
Two borders were die cut from smooth white cardstock using Stitched Hillside Borders Dies and adhered along the bottom edge of the panel.
The Mini Wreath Dies were die cut from Noble Fir Cardstock, green glitter cardstock, and Chili Pepper Cardstock. The wreath layers were adhered together and adorned with the holly berries and assembled mini bow. The holly berries were adorned with Autumn Red Nuvo Crystal Drops. Once assembled the mini wreath was adhered to the door.
The garland above the door was created with components from the Mini Wreath Dies and Large Wreath Dies and adhered above the door.
The tree and cardinal were die cut from kraft cardstock and Chili Pepper Cardstock using the Birch Dies. The tree was colored with Yeti White Pigment Ink and Copic Markers.
I applied Ranger Multi Matte Medium to parts of the scene and sprinkled on Prisma Glitter for icy sparkle!
The panel was adhered to a white top fold card base.
Greetings from the Winter Village Stamp Set were stamped on the inside of the card with Lobster Ink and Storm Cloud Ink.
