Hello! Today the Mama Elephant Design Team is showcasing the brand new Me & My Yeti Stamp Set and coordinating dies! How amazing is this adorable Yeti?!!!! He is my favorite. I paired Yeti and friends with the Sentiments From Yeti greeting stamp set and dies and the Snow Capped Mountains Dies for this sweet Christmas scene.
I inked up an A2 sized piece of smooth white cardstock with Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch Distress Inks, spritzed with water from a Distress Sprayer to give the illusion of falling snow. Another panel was die cut with the Snow Capped Mountains Dies and very lightly inked with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. The snowcaps were die cut from White Glitter Cardstock and adhered to the tops of the mountains.
Greetings from the Sentiments From Yeti greeting stamp set were stamped on the mountain layer with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder.
The mountain range was adhered to the background with foam adhesive.
Images from the Me & My Yeti Stamp Set and the banner from the Sentiments From Yeti stamp set were stamped on smooth white cardstock using Jet Black Ink, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies. The images were adhered to the scene as shown. Yeti is peeking out over the mountain range holding onto the adorable "merry" banner!
Finishing touches with Glossy Accents, the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Pen, and a black glaze pen were applied to the card to finish the design.
