Hello. Thank you so much for stopping by! Today I'm sharing a trio of metallic stenciled snowflake cards featuring the Simon Says Stamp Frozen Fractals Stencils and Nuvo Mousse in Cosmic Brown, Gunmetal Gray, and Fresh Copper. Greetings from the Stained Glass Greetings Stamp Set were stamped on black cardstock and layered over the beautiful stenciled designs.
I masked the edges of 4" x 5 1/4" cardstock with post it tape and applied Cosmic Brown, Gunmetal Gray, and Fresh Copper over the Frozen Fractals Stencils and backgrounds using a palette knife. I set the backgrounds aside to air dry.
Black cardstock was trimmed into 1 1/4" x 4 1/4" strips and stamped with greetings from the Stained Glass Greetings Stamp Set using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder, Silver Embossing Powder, and Lawn Fawn White Embossing Powder.
I watercolored the stained glass greetings with the Starry Colors watercolors.
A 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" rectangle was adhered to a white top fold card base and the stenciled background was adhered on top. The greeting strip was adhered over the center of each snowflake with foam adhesive.
White Blizzard Nuvo Crystal Drops were applied to the snowflakes and allowed to dry. These sparkly translucent Nuvo Drops dry clear and sparkly and so, so pretty!
