Hello! Thank you so much for joining me here today. Today I"m sharing a card I did awhile back and haven't shared here yet. I stamped a custom background with the Waffle Flower Hello Fall Stamp Set and added a gold gilded greeting and border with a small collage of stamped and die cut fall images to round out the card design. This is a simple look that would work for any theme or holiday simply by changing up the images and greetings!
On an A2 size of smooth white cardstock (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") I stamped images from the Hello Fall Stamp Set using Simon Says Stamp Black Dye Ink for the outline images and Distress Oxide Inks in Fired Brick, Spiced Marmalade, Wild Honey, Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint, and Vintage Photo for the solid images. I trimmed down the panel at an angle and set it aside. Additional images were stamped on another piece of smooth white cardstock and die cut with the coordinating Hello Fall Dies.
I trimmed the "hello fall" greeting stamp apart with scissors and lined it up in the MISTI using a MISTI creative corner for the perfect angle and then stamped the greeting with Versamark on an A2 sized panel of Black Licorice Cardstock. I heat embossed the greeting with sticky embossing powder and then added Radiant Gold Gilding Flakes to the greeting. I rubbed off the excess gilding flakes with my finger and then dusted off the rest with a blender brush.
On the stamped background panel, I adhered a strip of 1/4" Scor Tape along the angled edge, applying Radiant Gold Gilding Flakes and rubbing off the excess gilding flakes with my finger and then dusting off the rest with a blender brush.
I adhered the patterned panel to the background below the greeting and added the collage of elements to the right of the sentiment before adhering the panel to a white top card base.
