Welcome to the Ellen Hutson 11th Anniversary Hop! We are so thrilled to have you joining us!
It was so hard to choose just one favorite Essentials By Ellen Stamp Set to feature today. When I really sat down to think about it I realized that the All Inside Stamp Set was more than likely my favorite because of it's versatility with the addition of Bear Ware and Bear Ware 2. I love then companies bring out "add-on" types of stamp sets that extend the life of the original set!
I've created a trio of seasonal bear-themed cards to share with you today.
All three cards feature the bear from All Inside, the tree from Bear Ware 2 and a scattering of other elements and/or greetings from All Inside, Bear Ware, Bear Ware 2, Cozy Lady, and Warm Fuzzies.
The images from the All Inside, Bear Ware, Bear Ware 2, and Cozy Lady were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating All Inside Dies, Bear Ware Dies, Bear Ware 2 Dies, and Cozy Lady Dies.
Backgrounds for all three cards were created with the MFT Drifts and Hills Stencil and Distress Inks:
- Winter Card: Tumbled Glass
- Love Card: Spun Sugar, Gathered Twigs
- Autumn Card: Peeled Paint, Wild Honey
Greetings from the Holiday Words Die Collection were die cut from the bottom edge of the winter and love-themed cards. Additional words were die cut from smooth white cardstock. The backgrounds were adhered to top fold card bases with the greetings stacked one on top of another ending with the stenciled greeting on top.
Greetings from the Bear Ware 2 and Warm Fuzzies stamp sets were stamped on black cardstock with Versmark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being trimmed into thin strips and adhered over the die cut greetings (winter and love card) and directly along the bottom edge of the card (autumn card).
The die cut stamped and colored images were adhered to the inked scenes as shown.
Each design was finished with a scattering of Nuvo Crystal Drops in Rose Water, Limoncello, and Sea Breeze.
