Hello coffee loving friends! Today I'm sharing an almost completely die cut card featuring Honey Bee Perfect Blend Stamp Set and coordinating dies and Coffee Break Dies. The Honey Bee Stamps Coffee Lovers Background Stencils and Fall Showers Stencil make the perfect love/coffee themed background!
I inked up a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Spun Sugar and Candied Apple Distress Inks going dark to light. I layered the Candied Apple Distress Ink over the background with the falling hearts Fall Showers Stencil.
Over the falling hearts I stenciled the coffee stains from the Coffee Lovers Background Stencils using Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. I love the distressed look and how the stencils reinforce the theme(s) of the card.
Greetings from the Perfect Blend Dies were stamped along the bottom of the card using Versafine Onyx Black Ink. The word "coffee" was die cut from Crimson Glitter Cardstock adhered to Fun Foam with Stick It Adhesive. The dimension and glitter draw your eye to this part of the sentiment.
The coffee cups, coffee beans, ice cubes and hearts were die cut from Lawn Fawn Ballet Slippers, Chili Pepper, Paper Bag, Chocolate Bar, and Black Licorice cardstocks, smooth white cardstock, and Simon Says Stamp vellum, White Glitter Cardstock, and Crimson Glitter Cardstock using the Coffee Break Dies.
The images were assembled and adhered as shown. Parts of the design(s) are inlaid and others are layered.
The card was finished by adding Glossy Accents to the lid of the hot coffee cup and coffee beans.
