Hello! Welcome to the Lawn Fawn February Inspiration Week!
Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the new Rub A Dub Dub Stamp Set and coordinating dies as well as the amazing new Quilted Backdrop Die. I combined these new products for this sweet card today. I love that by switching up the sentiments this design could be used for a new baby, a mom, dad, as well as friendship like I used it for here! I love versatile stamp sets!
The background was created by die cutting smooth white cardstock with the Quilted Backdrop Die. I backed the panel with a trimmed down piece of Mermaid Cardstock for contrast and adhered the background to a white top fold card base.
Images from the Rub A Dub Dub Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Jet Black Ink, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating Rub A Dub Dub Dies. The images were adhered to the background as shown.
A banner was die cut from Mermaid Cardstock using a Fancy Banners Die, stamped with a sentiment from the Rub A Dub Dub Stamp Set using Versamark Ink, and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
The banner was attached to the card front under the ducks/bath scene with foam adhesive squares.
The inside of the card was finished with additional sentiments from the Rub A Dub Dub Stamp Set stamped with Mermaid Ink.
