Welcome to the Lawn Fawn March Inspiration Week!
Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the new Happy Village Samp Set and coordinating dies. I just adore these little houses, don't you? I paired the Happy Village images with the Simple Road Border and Simple Stitched Hillside Borders for my new house congrats card.
The sky was created by trimming the blue Gotta Have Gingham Patterned Paper to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". A road was die cut from Sunflower Cardstock and Storm Cloud Cardstock using the Simple Road Border and the grass was die cut from Cilantro Cardstock using a Simple Stitched Hillside Borders die.
Greetings from the Happy Village Samp Set were stamped along the bottom border of the card with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
The images from the Happy Village Samp Set were stamped on smooth black cardstock using Jet Black Ink, colored in with Copic Markers, and then die cut with the coordinating dies. The images were adhered along the Simple Road Border and then birds were stamped directly on the "sky".
The speech bubble and a greeting from the Happy Village Samp Set was stamped on vellum using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being adhered to the design.
The card was finished with an additional greeting stamped on the inside of the card.
