Hello! Today I'm sharing a solar burst She's So Lovely shaker card. I paired these cuties with the new Basic Rectangles Dies and a bit of stenciling for this eye-catching shaker. The images and greeting were adhered to the front window of the shaker so they're visible at all times.
Two of the Basic Rectangles Dies were used to die cut Bristol Smooth Cardstock. I temporarily adhered the rectangles together on the back and stenciled a Solar Burst design on both the frame and background panel using Abandoned Coral, Spiced Marmalade, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks. The background panel was secured to a white rectangle shaker backer and then a piece of acetate was adhered to the back of the frame. Two layers of foam adhesive were adhered around the frame to make the shaker "well" and then the shaker was filled with yellow disc confetti and gold mini star confetti before the backer was adhered in place.
The girl images from She's So Lovely were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock using Versafine Onyx Black Ink, colored in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, and die cut with the coordinating She's So Lovely Dies.
A banner was die cut from vellum using a Favor Bag Die and then stamped with a greeting from She's So Lovely using embossing ink and heat setting with white embossing powder. I ran the vellum banner through a Xyron Sticker Maker and adhered it to the window the shaker.
The finished shaker was adhered to a white side fold card base.
