For the background, I stamped a Brush Strokes image on smooth white cardstock using Mama Elephant Buttercup Pigment Ink. I love the imperfection of the lines and that you can customize it with whatever colors you want!
From the background, I die cut the hexagon from the Bookmark It Dies three times to create three window openings in the striped background.
Greetings from the Good Reads Stamp Set were stamped on the background panel next to and under the hexagon window openings as shown. The panel was popped up with foam adhesive and adhered to a Lawn Fawn Vanilla Malt cardstock panel.
Images from the Book Worm Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies. The images were adhered inside the windows or around them.
Copic Markers in R30, R32, and R35 were blended on a scrap of smooth white cardstock and the hearts from the Bookmark It Dies were die cut from the blended colors for custom ombre-style heart accents. The hearts were adhered to the design and the panel was placed on a white top fold card base to finish the design.
