The base of the card was die cut from Lawn Fawn Storm Cloud Cardstock and inked with the MFT Mini Cloud Stencil and Yeti White Pigment Ink. Layers were die cut from smooth white cardstock and vellum and adhered to the inside of the card as shown. The Kingdom Trio Dies were used to die cut borders for the back panel of the card to add more interest to the night sky cloudy scene.
A sentiment from the Dragon Wishes Stamp Set was stamped in the lower corner of the front panel with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I love the look of bright white embossing on a darker background.
Dragons and other images from the Me & My Dragon stamp set and Dragon Wishes stamp set were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, colored in the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating Me & My Dragon dies and Dragon Wishes dies. The images were adhered to the scene as shown, filling in the layers, front and sides of the card.

Hello! Today I'm sharing a simple thank you card with one of my favorite techniques, watercoloring a stamped and embossed background with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The Mod Flower Background is the perfect background stamp to color and not only is it a fantastic background but it serves as the embellishment on this pretty card!
The Mod Flower Background was stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder. The flowers and background were watercolored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a water brush pen.
The phrase was stamped on Island Blue Cardstock using embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder before being trimmed into a thin strip and adhered to the card with foam adhesive.
The die cut sentiment was finished with Glossy Accents for a shiny, raised finish and a Honey Bee Stamps Candy Heart completed the design.
In the video, I talk about having to re-create the background because I accidentally deleted video footage from the original card. Well, instead of tossing the partial background I made for the video I created another card with the panel. Here's what I created! I used the new Honey Bee Stamps Stacking Hearts Dies, Sentiment Banner Dies, Grateful Stamp Set, and Thankful Dies.
Any additional supplies used for this card have been added to the supply list below. :)

A sentiment from the Sketch Lotus Flowers Stamp was stamped on the background with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Nuvo Crystal Drops in Key Lime and Limoncello were applied to the background, the perfect accent to add even more interest to the Diamond Pattern Background.

Hello friends! Today I've got a pretty floral card to share with you featuring no-line coloring with Polychromos Colored Pencils with the Honey Bee Spring Blossoms Stamp Set. No-line coloring is something I totally admire and love but something I struggle with when using many coloring mediums however I have found that I find I get my best results with colored pencils. My hope is that this project will inspire you to try some no-line coloring!

The background was die cut using the larges A2 Double Stitched Frame Die and then adhered to a white top fold card base. The Love You sentiment was die cut from gold cardstock and white cardstock adhered to Fun Foam. I layered the pieces and adhered them and them and the flowers to the background as shown.
I finished the card with a scattering of Honey Bee Stamps 4 Leaf Clover sequins and Moonlight rhinestones.

Lawn Fawn: The Fall & Winter 2018 Release is up for pre-sale HERE! I'll be sharing lots of projects in the coming weeks with this absolutely amazing release!
This latest release from Simon is absolutely incredible! Filled with tons of new Picture Book Dies (y'all know how much I love those!), stamps, dies, and sequins, there's a little something for everyone with this release! In addition to the Picture Book Dies, my favorites from this release are the Folk Dance Background Stamp (I love the previously released stencil, check out my cards HERE), Folk Dance Die, Leafy Frame Die, and Lotus Sketch Flower Stamps and Die (be sure to come back tomorrow for a card featuring this set!).
Once the background inks were completely dry, sentiments from the Uplifting Sentiments Stamp Set were stamped at the top of the panel with clear embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder. I love how the white greetings pop off the dark inked background!
Details were added to the Picture Book dies with an opaque white pen (spots and highlights), black gel pen (eyes), and a fine tip black pen (eyelashes).

Hello friends! Today I've got a pair of card featuring the Lawn Fawn I Scream, You Scream Dies. Creating cards with all, or mostly die cuts is one of my favorite go-to techniques. These fun dies make adorable cards with a fun gingham stamped tone-on-tone background and vellum stamped and embossed greeting.

One thing I love to do is create multiples of cards while I already have all the supplies out. In this case, I already was die cutting all the components for one card so I went ahead and did two while I had all the cardstock out!
Ice cream cones and popsicles were die cut from several colors of cardstock using the Lawn Fawn I Scream, You Scream Dies, inked with Distress Inks, assembled and adhered to the center of each background as shown.
Details was added to the popsicles with Nuvo Crystal Drops in White Blizzard. Other Nuvo Crystal Drop colors were added throughout both designs for a touch of embellishment.
Labels were stamped using a Just For You Label stamped image and greetings were stamped in each label from the Sweetest Flavor Stamp Set using clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Each label was die cut with the coordinating Just For You Label Die, run through the Xyron Sticker Maker and adhered to the cards as shown.

Welcome to the Spellbinders Cut & Emboss Folders Blog Hop!
Today I'm sharing a set of four cut and embossed cards using the new Spellbinders Flora Banner, Botanical Frame, Flower Garden, and Diamond Lace Frame. These amazing cut & emboss folders cut and emboss with one pass of the machine! How amazing is that?!!! I love that these gorgeous panel can be used for any occasion. I am always, always in need of more thank you cards so I created this set of four cards to share today. A bit of Distress Oxide inking brings that embossed panel to life. Simply tone-on-tone stamping and tone-on-tone cardstock behind the die cut parts of the panel add that elegant look. Simply embellishments with gemstones, heart stickers, and Nuvo Crystal Drops add the perfect finishing touches!
All four panels (Flora Banner, Botanical Frame, Flower Garden, and Diamond Lace Frame) were embossed and die cut from smooth white cardstock. Distress Oxide inks were used to add color to the textured backgrounds. I love that the embossed areas naturally pick up more ink and are darker. This really highlights the gorgeous embossing!
Thanks greetings from the Simon Says Stamp Big Thanks Stamp Set were stamped with the same colors of Distress Oxide inks as the backgrounds for that tone-on-tone look. Additional sentiments from the stamp set were stamped on black cardstock with an embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder before being trimmed into a thin strip and adhered to the designs as shown with foam adhesive strips.

All four cards feature colorful and bright flowers die cut using the April Small Die of the Month Spring Flowers. These flowers are beautiful and some of my favorites! I love how you can mix and match the elements to create amazing layered flowers!
Frames were die cut from the colorful cardstock colors using the Nestabilities Fancy Edged Rectangles and adhered around the focal point as shown. This is a great way to add a pop of color and "fill in" white space quickly and easily!

Hello friends! Today I wanted to share a little Christmas in July with a couple of my favorite past Small Die of the Month Club Kit die collections: The Snowman Builder and Gilded Tags & Frames. The Snowman Builder is the first month I signed up for the Small Die of the Month with Spellbinders. I can't believe this awesome limited edition set is still available! It's one of my all-time favorites. Today I'm sharing a couple of quick and easy snowman scene cards with this set and even throwing in the a Gilded Tags & Frame die on one of the cards to show how awesome these mix and match. Let's get started:
I let the backgrounds air dry completely. You can also speed up the process by hitting them with a heat tool to help the ink dry faster.
Sentiments from the Mama Elephant Season's Greetings and Peaceful Wishes stamp sets were stamped directly on the background for the card on the left with clear embossing ink and heat setting with white embossing powder.
The snowmen for each card were die cut from a combination of cardstock or glitter cardstock using the The Snowman Builder dies and assembled to each background as shown. Detail was added to the scarves with a little white pigment ink and an opaque white pen. Glossy Accents was added to the carrot noses on both and Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gloss White were added to the eyes.
