Today I'm combining the Rainbow (die) and Cheers (stamp, die) Combo for this pull tab slider scene card! How cute is this little kitty in his float with sunglasses and cocktail?!!!
The cloud background borders of the scene were created with the Scenery Dies die cut from vellum and smooth white cardstock.
The Rainbow (die) was die cut from red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and white cardstock and paper pieced together and tucked between the two cloud borders.
For the front panel, the Pull Tabs Die Set was used to create the awesome slider that moves the kitty across the bottom part of the card. How fun is that?!!! The video shows the steps to create this fun effect. So easy with this incredible die set!
The cat from the Cheers (stamp, die) Combo was stamped on smooth white cardstock, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating die before being adhered to the slider with foam adhesive squares. The waves from the stamp set were stamped on the "water" with Simon Says Stamp Audrey Blue Ink and the greeting was stamped in the lower right corner with black ink.
The design was finished with a scattering of Nuvo Crystal Drops in White Blizzard, Gloss White, Red Berry, Dandelion Yellow, and Ripened Pumpkin. Glossy Accents was applied to the float and sunglasses for a dimensional, glossy finish.
