Welcome to the Hero Arts Season of Wonder Release Blog Hop!
The Season of Wonder Catalog Release is now available at Hero Arts! The holiday catalog is always one of my very favorites. The catalog can be purchased or you can view the pdf of the catalog can be viewed on the Hero Arts website HERE.
For my projects today I created three cut out greeting holiday cards and a matching gift tag with the Fa La Llama Stamp Set, coordinating dies, Cut Out Christmas Fancy Die, Cut Out Season Fancy Die, Cut Out Holidays Fancy Die, and Snowflakes and Ornaments Fancy Die. Lots of awesome new goodness happening here! I'm a big fan of aqua/teal with red for Christmas.

Watch the creation of these llama holiday cards and gift tag from start to finish below or click HERE to watch in HD:
Backgrounds were created for all three cards by stamping snowflakes from the Fa La Llama Stamp Set using Mint Julep or Tide Pool inks for a tone-on-tone effect on the Pool Layering Papers.
The Cut Out Christmas Fancy Die, Cut Out Season Fancy Die, and the Cut Out Holidays Fancy Die were used to create sentiment borders for each card. The cut out greetings were layered over a white die cut greeting for a slight shadow effect. The script sentiment was inlaid with a darker or light cardstock shade. Additional greetings from the Fa La Llama Stamp Set were stamped with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The borders were adhered with foam adhesive to the bottom of each snowflake background.
The llamas from the Fa La Llama Stamp Set were stamped with Wet Cement, Cup O' Joe, Black, Strawberry, and Cotton Candy inks. The llamas were die cut with the coordinating dies and adhered with foam adhesive. Details were added to the eyes with a white gel pen.
Each snowflake background was embellished with the Icicle Sequin Mix and Snow & Berry Sequin Mix.
The Snowflakes and Ornaments Fancy Die was used to create the coordinating gift tag. The tag can also be used as an ornament! So much fun!
