Mixing and matching images from multiple sets is one of my most favorite things to do! I combined images from the Honey Bee Stamps Swimming By and Heffy Doodle Oceans of Love for this underwater scene adhered to a die cut Heffy Doodle Stitched Bubble Background.
The Heffy Doodle Stitched Bubble Background was die cut from smooth white cardstock and inked with Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon, and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide Inks before being spritzed with water from a Distress Sprayer and blotted dry. Lawn Fawn Yeti Pigment ink was applied through the Honey Bee Ocean Scene Builder Stencil for the background light rays filtering through the ocean water.
The images from the Honey Bee Stamps Swimming By and Heffy Doodle Oceans of Love stamp sets were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Intense Black Ink, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating Swimming By and Oceans of Love dies.
The images were adhered to the card background was foam adhesive or glue dots as shown.
Sentiments from the Heffy Doodle Oceans of Love Stamp set were stamped on Island Blue Cardstock with clear embossing ink, embossed with white embossing powder, trimmed into thin strips, and adhered with foam adhesive.
The design was finished by embellshing the images with Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gloss White and White Blizzard, white pen detail, and Glossy Accents on the hearts, turtle shell, and bottle.
