Cacti aren't considered cuddly unless you're talking about the latest exclusive limited edition collaboration stamp set created by Sugar Pea for Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember, Cuddly Cacti! These little cuties were so much fun that I stamped a bunch of them all over an A2 sized panel to create a custom background, colored them in and added a stamped and embossed greeting sentiment label from the stamp set.

Images from the Sugar Pea Designs Cuddly Cacti Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock using Hero Arts Intense Black Ink and colored in with Copic Markers.
A subtle pattern was added to the background by stamping the Simon Says Stamp Good Reading Background over the colored designs using Simon Says Stamp Mint Ink. The ink is light enough that no masking is necessary but it adds a bit of interest to all the white area!
A sentiment from the Cuddly Cacti Stamp Set was stamped on black cardstock with embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being die cut with a Sentiment Label Die, trimmed and adhered to the card panel with foam adhesive squares.
