Hello! Today I'm sharing a couple of die cut heavy cards featuring the newest add-on to the Mama Elephant Favor Bag Collection, the Favor Bag Piggie! I paired this cutie with my favorite Favor Bag Add On Love heart and arrows dies, a stamped, embossed, and die cut frame, and coordinating sentiments from the Hogs and Kisses Stamp Set! These cards would make great Valentines, love, or anytime cards just by switching up the greetings.

The Favor Bag Piggie Die Collection comes with a couple of different ear and eye options for customizing your piggies! I used the floppy ears and round eyes for one pig and the standing up ears and oval eyes for the other.
I stamped the Simon Says Stamp Diagonal Stripe Background on Lawn Fawn Chili Pepper Cardstock using clear embossing ink and heat embossed the stripes with white embossing powder for the red/white striped frame. A diagonal stripe background is one of my most favorite background stamps for creating amazing striped backgrounds in any color! The frame was die cut using the Mama Elephant Framed Tags Hug It Out. The inside panel for each frame was die cut from Simon Says Stamp Fog Cardstock.
The piggies for both cards were die cut using components from the Favor Bag Piggie Die Set, Snow Deer Die Set, and Love Die Set. The piggies were inked with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink for a bit of added texture. The snout on each pig was die cut three times and stacked one on top of another before being adhered to the face. The "body" of each pig was created from the "face" from the Snow Deer Set.
Sentiments from the Hogs and Kisses Stamp Set were stamped on the Favor Bag Love heart die cut using clear embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder. The arrow was threaded through the die cut slots in the heart and assembled with specialty gold foil and glitter cardstocks.
Additional sentiments from the Hogs and Kisses Stamp Set were stamped on the inside of each card with black ink.
Red heart accents were added to the center of the bows and under the stamped and embossed sentiments on the hearts. Die cut glittery hearts (using dies from the Mama Elephant Pocket Envelope Set) complete the love-theme on each card front.
