Welcome to the You Are Loved Release Blog Hop (Day 1)!
The newest release from Simon Says Stamp is called You Are Loved and is full of love-themed stamps, dies, and more. Not only are these products great for Valentine's and love but for many other occasions as well. I am sharing a trio of cards with the Fruit From the Heart Stamp Set and Flourish Background Stamp used to created layered stamping thank you cards. I love how dimension can be achieved with stamps and inks only!

Not only did I stamp these fun fruit filled card fronts but I stamped coordinating envelopes as well. The addition of the stamped envelopes really completes the design and adds to the overall appeal of this fun set!
Everything on these card fronts was stamped in a single layer except for the small phrase stamped and embossed on colored cardstock and popped up underneath the "thank you".
The Flourish Background was stamped on smooth white cardstock using Barely Beige Ink. I purposely used a very light ink to add a light background design.
Fruit images from the Fruit From the Heart Stamp Set were stamped over the Flourish Background using Simon Says Stamp inks.
For the apple card and envelope I used Hot Lips, Lipstick Red, Green Apple, and Dark Chocolate inks.
The "thank you" from the Fruit From the Heart Stamp Set was stamped over the repeating pattern background with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. The smaller phrase was stamped on Gina K Red Velvet Cardstock using clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The sentiment was trimmed into a thin strip and popped up with foam adhesive strips.
For the watermelon card I used Watermelon and Green Apple inks.
The "thank you" from the Fruit From the Heart Stamp Set was stamped over the repeating pattern background with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. The smaller phrase was stamped on Lawn Fawn Guava Cardstock using clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The sentiment was trimmed into a thin strip and popped up with foam adhesive strips.
For the strawberries card I used Hot Lips, Rosie Cheeks, and Green Apple inks.

Pretty Pink Posh Ivory Jewels and Honey Bee Kiss Me Hearts were used to embellish the background. An Envelope Greetings Stamp Set was stamped on the back envelope flap to finish each set.
