Simon Says Stamp unveiled the fantastic Limited Edition 2020 Celebrating Mother's Card Kit today! I created a couple of floral-themed cards using components from the kit. These cards would work for Mother's Day or any day you want to celebrate mom/mum!

I created two cards to share with you featuring components from the kit. One is more on the "simple" side and one features lots of watercolor coloring.
For the watercolor design, I stamped the floral collage image and butterflies from the Mom's Meadow Stamp Set at the top and bottom of a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of Bristol Smooth Cardstock using clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
I used the following Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color the images:
- Pink Flower: Peach Pink, Sugared Almond Pink, Bright Yellow, Yellow
- Red Flowere: Carmine Red & Light Carmine
- Orange Butterfly: Orange & Pale Orange
- Yellow Flowers: Bright Yellow, Yellow, Mid Brown
- Green Leaves: Light Green & Yellow Green
- Aqua Butterfly: Turquoise Green & Green Shadow
- Purple Butterfly: Violet & Light Violet
- Backgroud: Green Shadow
Greetings from the Mom's Meadow Stamp Set were stamped on the dry background with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder.
The panel was adhered to a white top fold card base and finished with a scattering of Doodlebug Roses and Red Sprinkles.
The Leafy Frames Acetate Sheet from the kit was foiled with the Spring Green Deco Foil using the Heidi Swapp Minc Machine. Greetings from the Mom's Meadow Stamp Set were stamped on the acetate with white StazOn. The acetate layer was adhered to Green Leaf Cardstock. The Doodlebug Sending Love Doodle Pop Sticker was adhered to the design as shown.
The panel was adhered to a white top fold card base and finished with the Doodlebug Roses and Red Sprinkles.
