THE CARDS
For my cards this month I tried to stick almost completely to the kit with just a couple of extras from my stash thrown in. I used the new Nestabilities Essential Labels Etched Dies and some Fashion Gold Embellishments in addition to the supplies from the kit!
For this first card I used the Nestabilities Essential Labels Etched Dies to die cut 6x6 Vintage Mementos Patterned Paper and cardstock from the kit for the background. The dies from the kit were die cut from gold mirror cardstock and maroon cardstock and adhered to the center of the background. A sentiment from the stamp set included in the kit was stamped in the center and embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder. Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes were used to embellish the design.
The background for this next card was created by trimming 6x6 Vintage Mementos Patterned Paper to 3" x 5 1/2" and matted on gold mirror cardstock. A sentiment from the stamp set included in the kit was stamped in the center and embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder. Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes were used to embellish the design. Fashion Gold Embellishments were used to finish the card.
A 6x6 Vintage Mementos Patterned Paper for this card was trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4". A chipboard frame from the kit was backed with another patterned paper. The frame was embellished with Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes. Gold mirror cardstock was die cut with a die from the kit and tucked under the top and bottom of the frame. Fashion Gold Embellishments were used to finish the card.
A 6x6 Vintage Mementos Patterned Paper for this card was trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4". A 3"x4" journaling card from the kit was embellished with Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes. Fashion Gold Embellishments were used to finish the card.

A sentiment from the stamp set included in the kit was stamped on navy cardstock and embossed with white embossing powder. Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes and Fashion Gold Embellishments were used to embellish the design.
A 6x6 Vintage Mementos Patterned Paper was trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4". A 3"x4" journaling card from the kit was embellished with Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes. Gold mirror cardstock was die cut with a die from the kit and tucked under the top and bottom of the frame. Fashion Gold Embellishments were used to finish the card.
The background for this next card was created by trimming 6x6 Vintage Mementos Patterned Paper to 3" x 5 1/2" and matted on gold mirror cardstock before matting on another patterned paper. Vintage Mementos Die cut Shapes were used to embellish the design. Fashion Gold Embellishments were used to finish the card.
