The 'Tis The Season wreath was stamped on Simon Says Stamp Soft Navy Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder. A greeting from the set (there are four different sentiments to choose from) was stamped on the wood board in the center of the wreath with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.
Gansai Tambi Starry Colors were watercolored onto the embossed design using a medium water brush pen.
Once the background was completely dry I splattered Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust over the panel for a touch of sparkle.
The background was trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4" and adhered to a white top fold card base.
Pretty Pink Posh Metallic Jewels were scattered throughout the design to finish the card.
