Hello friends! Welcome to my Simon Says Stamp Making The Cut Series for May 2021! This month I am sharing this set of five rainbow cards. The Rainbow Card Die Set not only makes daring rainbow shaped cards but the dies can be used on other cards as well. Because I cut the die from five different sheet of patterned paper and I didn't want any waste I decided to make five cards. Let's get started!

For the backgrounds on the slimline cards, the Lawn Fawn Slimline Cloudy Stencils were used with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink to create soft, cloudy backgrounds.
The Simon Says Stamp Rainbow Card Dies were die cut from Doodlebug Custom Rainbow Patterned Paper, Sunny Studio Striped Silly Patterned Paper, and Doodlebug Gingham Linen Patterned Paper. The rainbows, suns, and clouds were adhered to the slimline cards as shown. Every other rainbow ray was adhered with foam adhesive for a fun, dimensional look and the clouds were adhered with foam adhesive for s seamless finish to the die cut image!
The Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Dies was die cut from smooth white cardstock adhered to Fun Foam with Stick It Adhesive, inked with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink, and adhered to the right of the rainbow as shown.
Greetings from the Simon Says Stamp Slimline Beautiful You Stamp Set was stamped above the die cut with Simon Says Stamp Inks in Hot Lips, Sunshine, and Jellybean.
A phrase from the Simon Says Stamp Inside Friendship Messages Stamp Set was stamped below the the die cut sentiment with SSS Smoke Ink.
Glossy Accents was added to the die cut beautiful sentiment and a scattering of hearts were added to the cards to finish the designs.
For the rainbow shaped cards, the rainbows, suns, and clouds were adhered to die cut rainbow shaped cards. Every other rainbow ray was adhered with foam adhesive for a fun, dimensional look and the clouds were adhered with foam adhesive for s seamless finish to the die cut image!
A greeting from the Rainbow Is My Favorite Color Stamp Set was stamped in the center of each rainbow with Simon Says Stamp Inks in Hot Lips, Sunshine, and Jellybean, and Audrey Blue.
A heart accent was added to one of the clouds to finish each.
