The large floral, leafy branch, and one of the phrases from the Simon Says Stamp Memory Box True Friend Stamp Set was stamped on kraft cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
The images were colored with the following Polychromos colored pencils:
- Red Flowers: White, Light Cadmium Red, Deep Scarlet Red
- Green Leaves: White, May Green, Hooker's Green
- Yellow Flower Center: White, Dark Cadmium Yellow, Deep Scarlet Red
A layer of white colored first, makes the colors on top pop! This works great on lots of colors of cardstock and gives stunning results.
Another phrase from the Simon Says Stamp Memory Box True Friend Stamp Set was stamped on Hero Hues Palm Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The phrase was die cut with a SSS Sentiment Labels Die and adhered with foam adhesive.
The background was splattered with white Gouache.
Hearts were added to the background as shown.
