The background was die cut from watercolor cardstock using a Mama Elephant B2B Slimline die and spritzed with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink and allowed to air dry.
The "grass" border was die cut from smooth white cardstock using a Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics and inked with Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Inks and adhered along the bottom of the splattered background as shown.
A fence from the Mama Elephant Slim Fancy Fence was die cut from smooth white cardstock and adhered to the background scene.
Images from the Mama Elephant Yay A Party Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Intens-ified Black Ink and colored in with the following Copic Markers:
Bunnies: E81, E84, E87, R30
Chairs/Table Legs: E55, E57
Tablecloth and Dress: BG10, BG11, BG13
Apron and Balloons: R30, R32, R35
Cups: Y08, Y19
The images were die cut with the coordinating Mama Elephant Yay A Party Dies and adhered to the card as shown.
Though bubbles from the Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics were die cut from smooth white cardstock and greetings from the Mama Elephant Yay A Party Stamp Set were stamped with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink.
The thought bubbles were adhered to the card with foam adhesive and star confetti was scattered throughout the design to finish the card.
